A Short Communication on Nanoemulsions

Abstract

Nanotechnology has gained prominent attraction from the global community in this century. Its use in manufacturing nanoparticles and nanoemulsions is similarly important and widely discussed recently, especially with regards to the cosmetics, pharmaceutics and food industries. This brief communique highlights the concept of nanotechnology and nanoemulsions, especially as they relate to the food sector, as well as the prospects thereof.
